Why Journaling is Needed to Build Your MLM Business

When you learn something new do you write it down or do you try to remember what you learned? If you are trying to remember stop it right now and go get a journal to record everything. Journaling is the best way to reignite your memory.

When I started writing articles I had a hard time trying to decide what I wanted to write about. I would sit and think and wonder. I would go to the kitchen, surf the net and spin in my chair. Then I would finally think of something to put on paper.

I don't have to labor when thinking about what to write anymore. The words flow freely and the title doesn't elude me. Why? I wrote everything down and I simply go to my journal to pick a topic. This is a great way to always have fresh content to write.

In my journal I know I will find the freshest value based content because everytime I attend a webinar or class I take my journal with me. I got this idea from a great orator in business by the name of Jim Rohn. I saw a video where he was talking about how to remember things that you learn. I immediately went to the store and bought my own hard bound journal. This is the best investment I ever made.

The other reason it is good to have a journal is you can go back as the years go by and relive what you learned in the years past. I like going back to see where I was at mentally at that point in time. You must be continually growing and sharing what you learn with others. Our job is to be a sponge for new information and pass that stuff onto more people over time.

Start journaling today. I use to think that journaling was just for women. I was wrong. This way of recording thoughts and ideas is for everyone. Embrace the concept and watch your ideas sprout like fresh tomatoes on a hot summer day.
