When you transfer into fear then it will create war inside the cells and biology of the body. Once that occurs you open the door to any or all kinds of fearful thinking that will overwhelm your very senses.

All in the medical term that relates to ones senses is connected to this ailment which we refer to as anxiety. Your anxiety is created by you and within your senses by you. It is only logical that by controlling your senses can you undo that which you've done. By adjusting your inner senses you will invariably modify the outcome of whether you'll finish up in a panicky state or not.
