Throw Away Your MLM Script

Why are we coaching people to use scripts? Is it because we think people are going to screw things up. Do we not have enough confidence in the natural process of things to just let things happen?

Okay, I agree that the terminology we use sometimes may offend people or not get our point across the way we would like but we shouldn't try to change people and who they are. Let people be who they are going to be and stop trying to make little MLM clones. Leave the cloning to the scientists.

All people are unique and different. Thank God for that. I would hate to see a world full of me. I love and respect myself but I would much rather have a cornucopia of personalities in my world than a bunch of drones.

We don't need a script in the MLM world. If people are going to join you then they are going to join you. If they don't like you then they won't join you it is that simple. Did you catch that? I said if people "like you" they will form a junction with you.

If you aren't good with people in general then go get a few books on creating a better you and start changing your habits. There are tons of great books already on the shelves about shifting your mindset when it comes to dealing with people. Become a better you. You will be amazed what will happen when you do this.

Another reason why you don't want a script is because it takes away your natural way of talking. When you do this associates feel like you are being fake. We don't have time for people to think you are fake. We only have time for people to value the real you and how you can support them.

The last reason why you don't want a script is you don't want everybody in your business. There are some people that just aren't worth the time and effort. Stay away from people that give you the wee-bee-jee-bees. If your gut is telling you that this person is bad news then they probably are.

So go right now and throw away your scripts and become who you are meant to be....YOU!!
