The Practical Applications of Meditation in Everyday Life

While you are walking, forgoing of the surface world, and concentrate on your respiratory, such as listening to the relaxed sound of your breathing in and respiration out as you are walking. In addition to creating your walk slow and purposeful, observe every step that you're making: notice the physical sensation of your feet, in addition because the way your arms are swinging backwards and forwards and brushing against your body.
