The internet is one of the greatest things that have ever been invented it is literaly a world high way of information and knowledge. You can do pretty much anything on the internet including shopping, chatting or interacting with other people from around the globe, you can even play games with people online. The internet has literaly brought the world together whether you are looking for information or publishing it. Businesses have taken full advantage of this powerfull new tool and have expanded there businesses over the world. The porn industry has gone mad on it they say that more than half of the internet is sowly based around porn.
You can even have your own company whether a PTC (Paid To Click) company or even a Webhosting company where you can host other peoples websites or blogs on the internet. Webhosting is good whether you want to just do it as a hobby or you want to make a residual income from it. If you biuld your webhosting company to a good standard and you want to move onto something else you can now sell your webhost on the internet for somone else to use and make a profit for yourself.
You can now get online games to play with other people on the internet. Games have gone along way since the early 80s the graphics have dramaticly improved into 3D enviroments. You can get all sorts of games to play from shooter games to role playing games and strategy. Games have now become big business with pc's and even now you can get game consoles sowly for games. If you have a games console that is able to be connected to the internet you can play the game with your friends online who may be on the other side of the street or even half way across the country. So is the internet a great tool thats a definite yes.
