Seafood dinner is quite fascinating. Whether it's the free appetizer or merely the name of the bistro that have the influence, but it's largely because the seafood is simply remarkable. This lip-smacking seafood like lobsters, clams, crabs, shrimps, crawfishes, oyster, squids are all just examples of its variety. Seafood is a meal that speaks for itself but it can be added with several side dishes, but it is still impressive without it. Can you imagine served in your table a steaming-hot shrimp cooked in a classic curry sauce, with leeks, sweet onions, coconut, and sweet cream mixed with the finest fresh bananas, then served atop first class white rice. The scent is so attracting that you cannot avoid to go forward and do the first nibble. That is the whole meaning of seafood. Despite this watery descriptions of such seafood dinner, one cannot deny that there is one dinner that is standing tall: meet the Snow Crab Legs people!
