Ovarian Cysts - The Different Types of Cysts Found In your Ovaries.

By: Marion Bailey

There are many different types of cysts and all of them can be gotten rid of or even prevented from occurring, naturally. Each type of ovarian cysts is capable of causing much pain and discomfort, but fortunately most of them will go away (in a few months) all on their own. You need to learn as much as you can about the different types of cysts so you will be able to help your body to get rid of them quickly and naturally, that way you will be able to avoid having surgery.

Follicular cysts are by far the most common type of ovarian cyst and generally occur in women while still in their child bearing years. These can develop when ovulation doesn’t occur properly or when an egg doesn’t release properly and turns into a cyst. If this cyst then ruptures there will be sharp, stabbing pain, but most often these will soon disappear on their own without rupturing, so there most likely there will be no pain involved.

Pathological cysts will be usually diagnosed by their larger size; they will usually be roughly twice as large as most any other cyst. This particular cyst can cause you all kinds of problems such as bleeding, miscarriage, infertility, and other complications during pregnancy. It’s a fairly common occurrence for women to be plagued with this type of cyst, especially during their child bearing years.

All of the different types of cysts will have their own distinctive symptoms and complications. It’s really very important to keep a watchful eye out for the symptoms that always accompany ovarian cysts. The proper and rapid treatment is generally the key for finding quick relief and will help in getting rid of them once and for all.

Regardless of which type of cyst you may have, when it starts causing you pain you are going to want to find some relief from the pain. Almost all doctors will want to prescribe hormonal birth control pills or will want to perform some form of surgery so they can remove the cysts. Unfortunately, this is really not a very good long term solution to your problem. Realistically these forms of treatments will only remove the cysts that you have right this minute; they certainly will not do anything to prevent future cysts from developing and causing you more pain, or even painfully rupturing.

As you are probably aware of by now, you really need to know exactly what the different types of cysts are before you can even try to get relief from the pain they cause. Also it should be obvious to you by now that you need to know the symptoms of the different types of cysts found in the ovaries. I am not a Doctor nor do I profess to have a miracle cure for ovarian cysts but after extensive research and searching throughout the Internet I have found some very good and reliable sources of valuable information on both the various symptoms and types of cysts.
