Organic Beef Secrets

Obviously, you've heard all of the buzz above the previous couples of years on the health profit of wild salmon and
extra fish that have higher ranges of omega-3 fatty acids.

But, did you know that there's an "Organic Beef" that has similar omega-3/omega-6 ratios as wild salmon?

In truth, this "Organic Beef" not only contains as much, or just higher ranges of omega-3 fatty acids,
but without the available refusal such as heavy metals (mercury, etc) and PCBs that can be found in fish regularly.

We've talked on this sort of meat before and how it's one of the healthiest types of meat you can probably consume... It's grass-fed beef and other grass-fed ruminant meats such as bison, buffalo, lamb, and venison.

At this time I know that a number of people will try to convince you that meat is not good for you... and to be honest I partially have the same opinion by them when it arrives to your typical factory farm-raised meat where the animals are fattened up by great quantities of grains & soy that are not their natural diet & given
harmful doses of hormones, antibiotics, etc.

But, as animals are healthy and eat the diet they were meant to eat in nature, the meat is in fact healthy for us. Not just are Organic Beef a extremely-high quality basis of muscle-structure
proteins, but they are also a great basis of fit fats.

Let's take beef for instance... While cattle eat commonly grain and soy, the fat composition of their meat
