How To Blog for MLM Leads - Not Everything You Need to Know

By: B.L. Oehlschlager

You're looking for the truth about how to blog, aren't you? I'll bet you have even spent some money on it and came up short of actually being taught what you need to know - let alone find someone to ask questions. I've been in your shoes.

I hope you're not disappointed when I tell you that I'm not going to include everything you need to know about blogging in this little article.

Keep your eyes open at the end of this article for that information.

Let's just go over a couple of tiny details that millions of bloggers forget about, and because of that you'll have a little advantage over the competition.

Let's learn a bit about How To Blog... hmm?

* Employ Keywords.

If you don't understand how to do it then go out and learn how to do it. Keywords are called "key" words for a reason. *wink*

If you're randomly writing articles with no actual keyword target - meaning your topic is actually about your keyword so you use it in your post and article - you can stop wondering where your traffic is. The search engines need those words in there to know where to index your content.

In the beginning of my career just after I really began to get thrilled about writing in this digital world I wrote some popcorn stories. I was so excited about all the traffic I had coming through my site, but I didn't get any free search engine traffic for my topics.

I DID get a ton of traffic from people looking for information about popcorn!

But that's not what I wanted. I was simply using popcorn as a great way of illustrating and teaching sticking with it and having a optimistic posture regarding what is required to "pop up success".

After I figured out my problem I realized that I could still use my analogy but I needed to target the right topics. Which, for me (and you) is teaching about how to duplicate what I do: generate MLM leads.

That's your aim too. Here's a short directory of a a small amount of competent keywords to set off with:

* MLM Leads
* Low Cost Lead Generation
* Best MLM Leads
* Blogging
* Article Marketing
* Backlinking
* Company Names
* Etc.

If you're up to the challenge of getting beyond the initial learning curve this whole entire process is quite simple. Don't give up before you start. *wink*

Try not to get bothered if you notice that a lot of people are using the same keywords. The aim of Mastering blogging is to grasp that only the top notch online people are actually doing what it takes to get a lot of traffic to their blog (no cost traffic) and you can compete. There aren't that many cream of the crop. You can easily grow to be one of the top marketers.

* Make your posts long enough.

Split blogging and article marketing in your mind. (Especially if you're learning to combine the two.)

In blogging you should write your articles at least 200 words in length or longer. Just make sure that for two hundred words you put your keyword in 2 places (1 time for each 100 words you use is the rule of thumb) with a text link to boot then the search engines will be able to index your post.

Article marketing is your way of generating backlinks to your blog so that you can get popular with the search engines. Don't know what I'm talking about? There is a lot to learn. Make sure you ask for help if you get stuck.

Let's move on.

* Talk to 1 personality.

You are doubtless like a lot of other fresh (and intermediate) marketers who think that a significant sales pitch is bound to get you the lead or the sale. Don't get sucked into that line of thinking.

Having an genuine conversation with one individual, the way I am with you right now, and giving skills that that marketer can employ is the way to build an authentic bond.

If you in actuality have any objective of helping people... paying it forward to help yourself... well, think of the individual your chatting to. Are you doing anythingthem?

I can notify you right now that producing a big exhibition just to try to get leads (and not to help someone first) is glaringly obvious and people click the back button quicker than they can finish reading the first three lines of your post.

Blogging is about being social. So be social. *wink*

I think that will do it for today. I hope I've given you something to think about.

These are actual issues that I've run into with some of my students over the past couple of days. Making a small adjustment is a good idea. Now you know a little bit more about how to blog.

See you at the top!
