Equator Awarded Microsoft Certified Professionals Accreditation

Equator is delighted to announce that it has been awarded Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) accreditation on completion of the Custom Development Solutions Competency - a prestigious web development speciality.

This particular competency recognises the achievements of Equator's Development Team and their ability to provide unique customer solutions throughout the full development life cycle to a high standard.

The accreditation is not only based upon technical proficiency through exams, but also through feedback from highly satisfied customers. The client projects put forward by Equator to achieve Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) accreditation covered a large number of web development skills and projects, such as API integration of blogs, YouTube and Flickr using a quality library of internally pre-built code, as well as the customisation of software such as YAF dot Net and Wikis. All the projects were ASP dot net based and used the Umbraco content management system.

Gaining the MCP Microsoft Certification provides holders with access to exclusive Microsoft resources and benefits. There are also opportunities to connect with a global community of other certified professionals to network and share knowledge of the development process.
