A Crazy Busy Person Who Understands Business Ethics

Crazy busy is an excuse employed by many to miss appointments and not follow up. Several tiny business house owners to independent sales professionals have experienced this actually unacceptable and rude excuse for unprofessional behavior. These missed appointments cost professionals hundreds of hours of lost productivity not to say the hard travel costs.
Recently in a writing I mentioned the book You Don't Would like a Title to Be a Leader by Mark Sanborn among some others.. Now I might imagine that Mr. Sanborn is a very busy individual with a very crazy schedule given the popularity of his book.
But, Mr. Sanborn sent me a transient email thanking me for together with his book on my business books reading list. What a pleasing surprise, however not totally unexpected.
